I am trying this weight loss smoothie since last December.  So enjoy this quick and refreshing weight loss breakfast smoothie.

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 6 ounces orange juice
  • 6 ounces water
  • 3-4 handfuls spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  1. In a high powered blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy.

    It seems to have too much sugar. The mango & OJ… Definitely the chia, 1/2 banana & spinach. Maybe cut the frozen fruit to 1/2 cup(?)
