Red Beet Smoothie Recipe



This week I bought some beets from local market. And I was really excited to make Red Beet Smoothie. This healthy beet smoothie is perfect for breakfast. There are so many health benefits of beets. Like Beets are packed with vitamins, fiber, and proteins. To make this beet smoothie sweet, we have used dates.  So this Red Beet Smoothie will make you smoothie addict.

Red Beet Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 red beet, raw, peeled and chopped
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice, optional
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
  1. In a high powered blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy.
